Monica graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014. She served as Policy Director and Supervising Attorney with the SJSU Record Clearance Project, and she was a Fellow with the UCSF / UC Hastings Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy. Monica current works for Genentech.
Curt works as a writer/photographer/videographer/archivist for various historic and cultural projects with organizations such as the Japanese American Museum of San Jose and the California History Center. He recently worked for the augmented reality art project, Hidden Histories of San Jose Japantown and created a series of YouTube videos on Asian American history. Curt has worked with companies and organizations as diverse as the San Jose Police Department, Apple, KMVT, and the Palo Alto Art Center, fulfilling roles of writer, videographer, instructor, photographer and production technician. In addition to his daytime job, Curt is finishing a book of genre fiction.
